General Returns:

  • We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Custom-made wigs and satin bonnets are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Return Authorization:

  • Wait for authorization from our team before shipping the item back.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking feel.

Return Shipping & Refund Process:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Authorization:

  • Wait for authorization from our team before shipping the item back for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • Once your defective or damaged item is received, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or a suitable alternative.
